Information on cashless card top-up

• Please note that the maximum balance on the card is £90. For example if your already have a £20 credit on your card you can only top up £70.
• Generally all cards contain a £2 refundable deposit, i.e. the maximum top-up amount is £88.
• Refunds are processed directly to your bank account or credit card.
• Top ups are only possible in £-value - no pennies.
• The minimum web top up is £10.
• The topped up balance can only be checked via "my account". You will not find the topped up balance under "bookings" before you activated your credit at the venue.
• Your credit is loaded automatically onto your card as soon as you enter the ground and put your card on a card reader at the kiosk, at our service stations or at our mobile loaders.
• After activating your card at the venue you can trace see all top-ups (on- and offline) in your credit balance. The card needs to be registered for this.
• Web top ups have to be done 48h prior to the event at www.cashless-payment.co.uk otherwise the money is not available at the event. So please plan your web top ups ahead a time!
